Jennifer Rosa is thrilled to be the Founder of '‘InnovaTour’, an inaugural special event she created as Events Producer for Distillery Labs, Peoria Innovation Hub NFP. This immersive soiree and intriguing tour was created to illuminate the region’s innovative legacy and future. She welcomed esteemed guests embarking on Distillery Labs’ nontraditional tour featuring founders and organizations in a highly intertwined collection of vignettes and hands-on interactive stations.

Participants experienced inspiring strides in the non-profit Innovation Hub’s future, historical artifacts provided by Peoria Riverfront Museum and archival footage from WTVP - PBS. They enjoyed live music led by The Scott Anderson Trio, heavy hors d’oeuvres and signature beverages by Chef Jeremy Washum’s ‘Reservations’, desserts from Ardor, entertaining Narration from the engaging Greg Batton (WMBD Radio), and explored the halls and minds of our 30,000 square feet Innovation Hub in Peoria’s most inventive neighborhood.
