Jennifer returns to Kick-Off the Peoria Municipal Band’s Summer Concert Series as their Special Featured Soloist. Dr. David Vroman is conducting this FREE family-friendly event held at the corner of State and Water Streets in downtown Peoria’s Warehouse District.
